Maisy Gillard

​I joined the lovely team here at Hewett’s as a recruitment apprentice in the Commercial Temp team in August 2022 following a change in career path and a keen interest in the recruitment field following my studies when completing my Cambridge Technical in Business at sixth form.

Since joining, I have begun to develop my communication and administration skills with the support of my amazing colleagues, experiencing the wonderful feeling of matching the candidate to the job that is right for them and building a great rapport with clients. I’m really looking forward to continue developing my skills through the apprenticeship programme, alongside having the day-to-day working experience to earn the qualification.
