Harriet Flint

​I joined the Commercial team at Hewett Recruitment in January 2024 and cover all commercial and finance roles across Herefordshire. I enjoy taking the time to build solid relationships with candidates to really understand what they are looking for, what is important to them and recognise that each business and its culture are unique, so finding the right fit is key.

Prior to joining the Hewett team, I spent 5½ years at a boutique recruitment agency in London specialising in office support and operations roles before I made the permanent move back to my hometown of Hereford. It’s great to now be able to combine my recruitment expertise with my knowledge of the local area and support Herefordshire businesses with their recruitment needs.
